Shipping & Returns

Awarewolf Gear™ will only issue refunds on products within 14-days of delivery or time of purchase for showroom pickups, unless otherwise noted at the time of sale. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on the item and customer must ship the return within 7-days of the return request being issued or the return will be canceled.

Deliveries of defective items and incorrect order fulfillment’s are exempt from any restocking fee and will be replaced or repaired in accordance with warranty terms. Our shipping and handling costs/charges for packaging and sending the item to you are not refundable.

All components must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging with all parts, manuals and materials in new condition. Partial, damaged, or incomplete returns will not be refunded. All original manufacturer boxes must be placed in shipping boxes and kept free of labels and packaging tape for returns.

Awarewolf Gear™ reserves the right to refuse refunds at our discretion although our goal will always be customer satisfaction.
